The goal: have a healthy pregnancy, and post-baby lose the pregnancy weight as quickly as possible.
Action: After I hit the second trimester, start watching more what I eat (Now I eat what I can keep down),start walking and working out. Need to remember, being pregnant does not give me an excuse to be lazy!

Word of warning: if you plan on nursing do NOT buy into the tale that it'll automatically make the weight melt off of you. Some women? Sure. Me? Not so much. Still glad I did it, but was frustrated when I kept hearing stories about "I lost so quickly because I breastfed" when that was SO not the case for me.
